School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) – Weekly Program with Monthly Review
Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) service helps young people aged 15–25 build the skills and confidence needed to transition from school into meaningful employment.
This package provides 2 hours of individualised support each week, including check-ins, activity sourcing, and job-readiness mentoring — plus a monthly 2-hour face-to-face review to track progress, update goals, and refine strategies.
Supports are delivered under the NDIS Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job category and include both face-to-face and non-face-to-face delivery as per NDIS guidelines.
